- Dr. Saurabh Deshmukh is a Board-certified Ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal Surgeon.
- He completed his ophthalmology residency program and Vitreoretinal surgery fellowship from Sri Sankaradeva Nethralaya, Guwahati, India (Centre of Excellence in Eye care). He holds an MBBS degree from the Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and General Hospital, Sion, Mumbai.

- He has published 50+ research articles in International and National journals including JAMA Ophthalmology, Ophthalmology Retina, European Journal of Ophthalmology, Digital Journal of Ophthalmology, Indian Journal of Ophthalmology, Indian Journal of Pharmacology, Oman Journal of Ophthalmology.
- He is an active reviewer for BMC Ophthalmology, Indian Journal of Pharmacology, Indian Journal of Cancer, Clinical Ophthalmology and Therapeutic Advances in Ophthalmology.
